GripFlow™ Wafer Gripper

GripFlow is a wafer gripper that can be integrated into any photovoltaic (PV) conveying and handling equipment, such as robots and load/ unload devices, to minimize breakage rates of highly sensitive wafers.
Based on our unique SmartNozzles technology, GripFlow uses non-contact pressure/vacuum to support the wafer with a minimal contact point at the center of the gripper to prevent slippage. The gripper supports both very thin and very thick wafers, as the holding forces dominate the weight of the wafer.
